Bus Never stopped and they playing games with my refund.

I booked a bus from Idutywa to Cape Town. I paid about 1k for the ticket. Was on time at the said bus stop and surprisingly the bus never stopped. I was later informed that it would only stop and load passengers in East London. I had to book a flight to travel back to Cape Town and paid more money. For days I have been pleading for a refund. I sent all the required info with no luck.
