BUS LEFT PASSENGERS STARNDED AT KOKSTAD FROM PARK STATION

On the 05th of January we took a bus to Lusikisiski from Park station bus registration no KR68RRGP, because it was raining there was water on the floor and our stuff were wet due to that. when the bus got to KOKSTAD on the 07th in the morning a few passengers went out for toilet hardly 10min.

when 4 passengers came back the bus had left with the passengers bags and everything that was left inside it, i was one of the passengers and the 2 kids aged 7 and 5 that i was travelling with left with the bus.

when we communicated with the passengers in the bus we were told the driver says he deliberately left us as KOKSTAD there is no time to wait we will see ourselves out. Because we had our stuff in the bus we had to make a plan we requested people that were driving in the garage to help us look for the bus but unfortunately we couldn't get it till we got to Lusikisiki with the private cars hired and the bus driver had fled.

a complaint was lodged on whatsup but the person that answered seemed not interested an email was sent to their customer service email and still no response is given to date, from the 06th to date.
