Bus did not pass at Big bird Midrand on Sat. 08 June 2019

My partner booked Eagle liner bus from Pretoria to Cofimvaba. He asked if there is a nearest but stop where he can catch the bus from and he was told to wait for the bus at Big Bird Midrand. He was there at 18h00 and the bus was to leave Pretoria (Bosman station Coach Terminus) at 18h00... He waited and the bus never showef up till 19h30. He called Eagle liner offices with no luck. He had to get transport back to where he cam from. I also tried calling with no luck holding for someone to assist till I ran out of airtime... To date no one bothered to contact the passenger as long as they have their money in their pockets. Even when calls gett cut off because of the long hold they did not bother calling back.
