Bus delayed by 4 hours

Actually, you don’t even deserve this 1 star rating! How can a bus delay for 4 hours without any communication whatsoever? Please do better because people have lives out there, we can’t be waiting for a bus meanwhile there are estimated times for arrival. How can the bus arrive at the station for pick up at the time that it was supposed to reach its destination? I’m so disappointed! And your rude staff? No please, if you don’t want to offer your services just stop operating! Such inconvenience! I don’t recommend this bus, never again!
