Bus coach

I booked a bus From Joburg to Durban 22:25-6:25 am.Till now we are stuck in Harrismith with no help . The bus broke down From 3am .I had to postpone my doctors appointment that was scheduled for 8am to 11am and this shows I would not be making it to that appointment too. Numerous calls have been done with no luck, there customer care is not taking our calls and this is really frustrating. I have booked this bus specifically for this procedure in Durban 😡
