Boycott Eagle Liner

Booked a bus that was schedules to leave at 06:50 from Beaufort West and it never arrived. The ladies at the call center could not have been bothered to help all they did was ask for my ticket number, pretend to type it in then leave me hanging on the other line after which they proceeded to drop the call.

Can we kindly take in onto ourselves to warn others to not use this bus service at all.
