Bad services customers not valued

I had the worse experience with Eagle Liner bus on the 21st of December 2025 a bus named Kalamazoo picked us up in Pretoria and instead of picking other passengers up at park station it went to thee bus Depo to wait for the other passengers this Kalamazoo bus had a very bad toilet smell that you can't eat your food

If Intercity and eagle Liner don't value their customers they will lose customers and lose business
