Bad service with terrible drivers

Initially, the customer service on this bus service was good, however, there has been a noticeable decline in standards.

It now appears that there is a lack of training and discipline. Even when a formal complaint is lodged, there is no response or corrective action taken.

This issue is not limited to drivers only. It gives the impression that even the owners are not concerned, as long as revenue is generated, despite the poor service. Drivers conduct themselves as if they are transporting cargo rather than people, showing little to no respect for passengers.
