Bad service provided

Firstly the bus departure was scheduled for 10 am but only left the bus station shortly after 11am. I booked 3 seats that specified it was a luxury bus but to my surprise it had no toilet, the air-conditioning wasnt working and to top it all the bus driver didn't make the half way stop from Durban to Johannesburg. On board was kids and the elderly and the driver refused to stop until just before the second last toll. At some point the driver even got lost in pmb. This bus service is extremely pathetic and I won't recommend it to anyone in the future!!!
