Bad service ****mers

I am not happy at all with eagle liner, I have been calling them since last week, since I wanted to cancel the ticket as I was no longer going on the trip 31 May 2026, I have been sent up and down, I spent more than R100 airtime calling these people, and I even went to their offices at Bellville office cape town, I was not helped with cancellation or refund I was given a WhatsApp number to cancel my bus tick and they don't even respond on their WhatsApp line, can you please assist with my refund of my ticket
