Bad service from Eagle liner

I booked a bus ticket for the 04/01/2025 whenever the bus came with a full load from Ezakheni and we could not get a space ,We are currently waiting here without any update from eagle liner .There are no arrangements of how we can get our refund or get a second bus .

This a very bad experience ,Eagle liner was not supposed to accept bookings once they reach the limit
