Bad service for the first time choosing eagle liner

I have a problem

On the 1st of October I went to checkers to buy 2 tickets from Johannesburg to Durban 07:30 the time for the 2nd of October.

2nd October I arrived 07:20 at the park station and I was told the bus is full. They will find a space for me 3rd bus 10:00..

I waited while waiting I heard them fighting to each other that 2 people were loaded into that bus are not going to Durban so the manager was asking them if they scanned the ticket and that guy rep**** no i only counted them ....

I waited and they started with 10:00 people to load in the bus and after I was told the bus is full...

No refund and I was told there is nothing they can do!
