Bad service ever!

I am very upset.Bad service ever. At first they wrote the bus will leave at 21h30 From Pietermaritzburg and it will arrived at 5 to Pretoria .. surprise 😲 only arrived at 23h00.. Now it 9 am and i am still on my way to Pretoria. I am running late. I am still going to work. I was supposed to start at 8 am...And it not the first time. This is nonsense
