Bad service ever

This was the worst experience ever...boooked tickets for me and my family to king Williams town just to go on holiday...we left on the 11th n returned on the 18th on Sunday we have been stuck since 9 pm...no transport was sent to assist us..it's now 12 pm there's still no help.all their saying is a machanic is coming. Travelling with kids n u can only imagine how unsettled they are...I will never recommend this bus not even to my worst enemy This is the first and last time I use eagle liner. I will never ever trust my family with it...I'm very dissapointed in their sense of urgency and customer service... It's the worst ever
