Bad service

I was travelling from Durban to Pretoria on the 1st of Dec at 21:15. Service frm the Durban station was so poor. The guy was so rude. Not able to manage the queue. We left down the road, the bus burst an air pipe. We waited for mechanic for almost an hour. The bus was so hot. No ventilation. The seats very close to each other, our poor knees were troubled. My daughter complained of her back because of the other passenger s knees. Driver was so rude. He wanted to hit one of the drunk passengers as he was complaining about the heat asking for Aircon or fan.
