Bad service eagle liner

I am currently in a bus eagle liner from East london to cape town Firstly we were over charged the prices R690 and we paid R960 I told them about that and was not assisted secondly q bought tickets for intercity bus but we are using a eagle liner bus the bus has broken wipers and it's raining the driver cannot see where he is going but his continuing driving putting our lives at risk we tried the company number with no vail we even tried their watsapp number they not helping us
