Bad service

I lost my suitcase with all my clothes and other important belongings a few days ago when i was coming back from EC to JHB. I was using a Eagleliner bus and when I asked the drivers for assistance they did nothing to help me. The driver said the person even opened my suitcase to check what was inside, this shows the true intension of the person *****ing the suitcase. I then asked to keep the other person's suitcase but they did not allow me. Till this day they haven't updated me about the loss of my suitcase. I
