Bad service

On Sunday the 14th of August 2022 we boarded a bus from Matatiele to Joburg which was intercity the toilet in the bus was stinking very bad. At montrose when the drivers changed the second driver opened the air conditioner which made the bus very cold and he ignored our several pleas with him to switch it off.
