Bad service

I took the bus at 10am and it's was set to arrive at 5pm, the bus did not have air conditioning, it is hot right now we stuck at Helderberg and it 19:45 have not arrived Johannesburg, I don't even stay in Johannesburg taxis to connect finish at 8pm. The drive him self didn't even know direction to JHB, this experience is terrible
