Bad Service by porters

On Sunday we received very bad service.

My aunt was charged R100.00 by a very rude patron who was wearing a blue light shirt (very skinny guy with a German cut that has a v neck). When I asked why the others were not being charged for the luggage, he rudely told me that I must not tell him how to do his job.
