Bad service by Delta Coaches

I booked a Delta coaches from Cape Town to Mthatha for 13 Jun 2024, departure time was 6:30 PM at past 5PM I received an sms stating the business will delay estimated time was 20:30. We waited till 23:55 the bus didn't not arrive, there was no communication or whatsoever. He had to make alternatives arrangements as my sister and daughter needed to be in Mtata on Friday 14 Jun 2024.

Delta has a very poor service, they do not consider their passengers.
