Bad Service 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡

I booked a ticket for the 4th of Aug boarding at 14:00 in butterworth but the bus never arrived,at 14:30 i called the cal centre nd they told me the bus is not coming here because of strike,i should take a taxi to East London the bus is leaving at 16:00 there,they will refund me,i got there at 16:15 when the bus was already leaving,luckly I managed to catch it…..the next day i called the call centre to find out about my taxi fare,the told me i should have claimed that day,i tried to explain i was late to go to the offices but i was told they cant assist me,i was also assisted by a rude consultant by the name of Kholeka

Never book that bus again,it stink,its cold,and staff is rude as hell
