Bad service award

Every year my kids visit from uitenhage the service is absolutely pathetic why do they ask for a contact number if we are not contacted I am now driving to welcome 3hours away to get my kids off a bus that's been broken down for hours last year December the same thing happened and nobody could give answers i sat at the station 8 hours so stressed with no answers this is totally unacceptable
