Bad Service at Intercity Express Buses

<p> <br />Traveling with this bus used to pleasant and safe.Its the 2nd time when I went to Durban station @16h00 to buy the ticket and departure time is 16h30,I'm traveling with the baby but not to be told that the bus will be late that's plain arrogance.Arriving to Shelly at 20h00 with a Baby and its freezing,worse no transport now to take me home.<br />If I was told that the bus was late I was not going to bother I would have taken a taxi,it was going to be cheaper by R50.00 and I would get home in time and I would be safe.The bus driver was also corky and arrogant the way he spoke to me so I feel the service from this bus service if I can rate it from 1-10 I would rate it 1 as the the standard is poor.<br />I called to complain nobody called me back when I was stranded ,the only thing you care about is money now not future business.<br />I'm highly disappointed in as I was telling people about the good service I will not forget to tell them about my horrible experience.<br />In business you make it a priority to keep clients happy for referral purposes and the growth of the business not the I DONT CARE ATTITUDE.</p> <p>I don't know where me and intercity stand as they were not honest.</p> <p>Worse was the email I received from the supervisor which was dull and ice cold and not sincere,it was so hard to even pick the phone and call me</p> <p>Ticket ELIX ********** </p>
