Bad service

This bus is really a ****, on Thursday 07 May 2020 I made a booking from Mthatha to Johannesburg bus scheduled for 16:00. When I went to the depot at 15:00 I was told the bus left at 13:00,I have never been so inconvenienced in my life. I had made an online payment and I requested a refund and one of their employees by the name Idiah requested my banking details on Monday the 11th but till today there's nothing and nobody is responding to my emails. If this is the way you treat people then this bus needs to be stopped, it does not deserve to be on our roads. I want my refund urgently, make your money in a decent way please like all other reputable bus companies.
