Bad service

I have never seen such bad service, the bus seats are dirty and itching. How do you expect a person who paid a full amount to stand all the way from johannesburg to Durban?, in this bus there are people standing and when they complain the bus driver flatly tells them to get off the bus because he 'didn't take their money' mind you we far away from the station. Don't take this bus!
