Bad service

I don't know what to do I communicated with them on WhatsApp they gave me a website to buy my tickets they didn't send confirmation since yesterday I've been calling they're saying my payment is not reflecting they asked for a statement I sent them funny thing is the money is not back on my account and they are not effective on WhatsApp and email they take time to respond.... Dissapointed
