Bad service

What a bad service I got from this company, bought a ticket for a person who was going to travel from East London to Johannesburg. Started talking to them in the morning to postpone the ticket and they their time to respond. Telling I need to add extra money for that, when I said I want to cancel it they tell me you need to do that 6 hours before the time of the bus leaving.
