Bad service

I was in your bus from JHB to cape Town via bloem . When we got to welkom the police stopped us and found something ******* the driver had. It's been close to 4 hours now we here at welkom we don't know what's going on. When we call your call center the agents there are rude and they even hang up on us. We have work tomorrow we have kids in the bus who are hungry we are frustrated and we are getting no help.
