Bad service

Bought a ticket at Pick and Pay for eagle liner bus services from king Williams town to Cape Town I was advised by Pick and pay consultant that the bus will be leaving KWT at 16:45 _24/11/2018 at Engen garage how ever did not arrive at the destination mentioned later that day I called the store and the bus service , i had no joy at all i spoke to the supervisor by the name Dineo of eagle liner bus she promised to resolve the situation up until today i heard nothing and they not even replying to my text on there Whatsapp line please help me

I need my refund cause i booked a different bus now ********** 930 my number
