Bad service

I booked a bus from jhb to harrismith tuesday evening,the bus was to leave 8:30 pm but ended up leaving at 7pm the bus was stopping without any reason.the driver didn't stop at harrismith where i was supposed to get off when i told him he said its not his fault no one told him the was someone to get off the and went to check the register my name was there and first bus stop was harrismith montrose,so he told me to get off to the next tolgate which was tugela and i will wait for the bus that's coming from PMB mind you it's at night and cold i was left there,so i had to organize a driver from harrismith to where i was to pick me up so ended up paying more.thr driver was very rude even people wanted to go to the bathroom but he never stop where he supposed too.i would like to be refunded because i paid more.
