Bad horrible customer service ever

May one of the manager call me as this is not fair and your Whatsaap line is useless. I’m need to speak to someone as I need to travel with your bus tomorrow. I need my ticket confirmation as in now. I regret buying a ticket from you guys. 4 tickets that I bought. You **** people and will not let this slide. I am taking this up. We no fools.
