Bad experience with Eagle Liner... will never use them again

I have been waiting for the refund from the 16th if December 2025

I have contacted Eagle Liner for cancellations and we had an emergency as a family

They did cancel before 24 hours and said they have processed my refund

But no response on watsapp and emails and I have never recieved my refund
