Booked a trip from Bloemfontein to Welkom on the 9th Oct 22, firstly the bus got delayed and finally when it get’s there I was told to wait for another one thats coming and I will get on there since there are other people going to Welkom on that bus. Secondly the bus was also late but eventually it came I got on and only to my surprise I realise when we get to Kroonstad that the bus didn’t take the Welkom route and they didn’t even bother getting into Welkom and the drivers said they have nothing to do for me I should just hike back to Welkom. I ended up spending the rest of the night at the UltraCity and spending more money from Kroonstad to Welkom even missed out on work.
