Bad Experience

I was travelling from Durban to Johannesburg on the 26 November 2023 what a bad service from staff from Durban station till Johannesburg. Registration number ZFD396GP bus number 820 we travel from 7:30 Durban till 18H30 Johannesburg the bus kept on stopping and the poor driver keep on pouring the water at the engine. we stop in one of the towns and the driver had to go in the village to get water because the container of the water was empty. and there was this gentleman who came and check the tickets in Heidelburg he didn't even check the tickets he counted us, and he was rude.
