Bad driver

Good Day First I want to start with the guy who did the booking on Thursday was very good,

My ride from cape town to Johannesburg start very good and depart Cape Town on time we drove from cape town to Bellville and paarl throw the tunnel the bus broken down we wait 2hrs for guys to come fix the bus we wait for the guys to fix for a other 45 minutes, which was very unprofessional with driver and assist driver they couldn't explain to passengers what happen.. We drove to Johannesburg already now 3 hours delayed opind arrive in joburg we stop to off load people to a other bus beacuse the P. T. A Bus broke what a bad idea for a driver then 15 minutes away we drover again and pick up more people also a broken bus my hole trip was now 6hr delay...

By then I have already missed my connection bus that was due 8clock Friday morning I was to be suppose be 2 hours early beacause I use your bus

Sadly I would like to have a refund on this ticket due to the fact I lost connection bus from Johannesburg and your office refused to help and there was no manger on site...

I have to say this was a bad ride and very unprofessional
