Bad customer services

They refused to refund me or reschedule my time, i went to park station only to get bad service by the cashiers they told me to contact customer service desk which was very unhelpful and bad customer experience, spoke with Lesego on the services desk she was *********** and lacks basic phone etiquette i spent 25 min on the phone for them to give me bad service, even the manager called Angel cant even handle complaints. you can take my R520 hope it will make you rich i will never book your bus anymore hope others are taking notes. your customer services is very bad
