Bad customer service when it comes to rescheduling and canceling

The bus customer service is terrible, due to emergencies have reschedule my bus called several times to reschedule only got ahold of one agent hours later, sent an admin fee as requested (immediate payment) still haven't received any response their agents reply once on the WhatsApp and haven't got the new ticket no update just keep being online and offline several times. This is annoying and I would never recommend anyone to use this service.
