Bad customer service

All I can say is see me now see me no more this bus have no customer service the bus left me on my watch and I tried to stop it and the people who are working there they just watched me and other people trying to stop the bus they are very cruel shame and I tried calling their customer care line they didn't pick today they are telling me my penalty time is way passed I must buy a new ticket
