Bad Customer service

Good day Eagle Liner, We are stuck in Beaufort West due to your negligence of not complying with traffic rules. The bus transported us from Joburg to Bellville/Cape Town.

The bus got pounded at Beaufort West and we are told another bus is coming from Cape Town, which will take 5 hours to get here and another 5 hours to travell back to Cape Town/Bellville. Our main consend here is we will get there in the middle of the night, how are we going to get to our homes at that time considering the rate of crime in the townships.

Could you not have found alternative transport around Beaufort West, seek help from other transporters nearby? This service is very very poor. The company doesn't value its customers.
