Bad customer service

This bua has the worst service ever..I booked a bus from Johannesburg to Lusikisiki I was supposed to get home by 7:30 and currently still stuck at kokstad the bus that we were exchanged to has no diseal and the time is 8:40 we still going to Lusikisiki am so angry at these people
