Bad customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eagle liner. I booked my ticket to travel from Belleville to Pretoria on 14 June 2024 and cancel it 2 weeks before traveling date, they promised that I'll receive my refund within 21 days till today 10 August I haven't received my money
