Bad company that ill never use nor recommend to anyone

I booked tickets *** and spoke to Kholeka she organized everything but its clear THIS COMPANY IS ONLY AFTER MONEY .You guys failed me

Ive been waiting for a bus from 10:00 am 03/09/21 up until now theres no word from your side

1. I missed work. I called numerous times and you never picked up my calls 2.i had to make means to move for begview for my safety cause i couldn't stay at the garage . 3. All other busses were passing with customers that you value more i guess 4. I had to risk my life by covering the female i was traveling with 5.even now you still guys still havent said a word.
