Bad communication and service

I tried contacting them to track the bus as I needed to know how far they are because my mom (who is a pensioner) was on their bus that left Cape Town 7 August @ 2pm enroute to Eastern Cape. My moms battery was flat so I could not get hold of her. I contacted the call centre and they tracked the bus and said its in Cape Town. I said its impossible because I spoke to my mom last at 3am and she advised they in PE. After which her battery died. I advised the lady at call centre that clearly there is something wrong with their tracker. Her reply was... "oh!" I then hung up because clearly I wasn't gonna get proper information. I then contacted their WhatsApp number, sent them a message @ 05:43am. They read and never responded. I messaged again to say I am gonna complain because I am disgusted by their poor service. Again... They read and no reply!!!
