Very disappointed with Eagle liner

Last night I was supposed to be picked up at 19:05. I waited for hours at the stop, only to give up and go home at 23:30 when no bus ever arrived.

When I contacted one of their agents on WhatsApp, I was told my tickets “differ” and that’s why no bus came. They admitted they don’t know why the system showed two different tickets, yet they refuse to give me a refund.

So now I’m left without the trip I paid for, hours of wasted time, and no money back. This is completely unacceptable!

Warning to anyone considering using Eagle liner – check your booking twice and don’t expect them to take responsibility if things go wrong.
