Awaiting refund

I bought a ticket (shoprite - computicket) for intercity eagle liner travelling to Matatiele 28 March 2024. Due to circumstances I had to cancel which I did cancel 24 hours before departure on the 27th March 2024. Their policies state that refund will be paid within 15 working day. I followed up via their WhatsApp. Several phones calls to this date I am still waiting for my refund. I called on the 7 May and was told the batch was sent out and I shouldn’t have to wait another 15 working days but still no money.
