Atrocious service and *******!!

Atrocious service and ******* at their best!! How a bus company like this is still functioning I don't understand!!! My son was suppose to get on the bus at 5:40 am this morning, we waited more that 2 hours and up until now the bus never arrived!!! Thet are *****ing people's money!! I am going to find a way to get justice as this is absolutely ridiculously sick what this bus company is doing to people!!
