Appalling service from Eagleliner

I am very disappointed by the service from Eagleliner. They are risking with our lives. 1.A bus (registration FT 77 HG GP) to east London on 10/02/2024 was supposed to depart at 18:45-19:00, it departed more than an hour later. No explanation whatsoever as to why. 2. It’s raining outside, the bus wipers are not working- the driver had to stop now and again under each bridge to go wipe the windscreen & mirrors manually. 4. I tried to call all the numbers on their contact information to report the issue. None is working. Why put the no. On their website if they’re not working? 3. My battery died, no USB points to charge our phones, probably on purpose so that we’re unable to report the appalling service we receive from them.

Never again will I set my foot in any of their busses again-including their associate companies and I’m definitely never going to recommend them to any of my friends & relatives unless they signed their death warrant .
