Angry customer

I booked a bus tickets last years December for three people and then January I went to their offices for cancellation process .I did everything I gave them my banking detail it was 2nd of January to prove my refund they said 28 days even today I haven’t received my money .the guy who was helping me he fail to help me this no when I call him he said he’s on leave he will be back next week when calling their office no one picking up all I want is my money from them .
