Angry customer

I cancelled my ticket which i purchased online and i received an email confirming i would be refunded. After waiting 15 working days i called customercare and i was told my ticket was not cancelled. They are ignoring my emails, i would highly advise against booking with this company. They don't respect their customers and they don't honour their own policies. I must lose money because of their incompetence which is very disgusting. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL
